DAS ELISA & IFA Processing Instruments

ELISA Only Processing
AP22 ELITE
Fully automated system for ELISA. This instrument can run 8 methods arranged in 2 ELISA plates with dedicated temperatures and separated shakers, sample and reagent dilution, and an integrated absorbance reader with up to 4 filters. The management of separate incubation times and different washing modes in the same run allows this unit a wide range custom processing. The sliding sample racks and barcode reader allow quick detection of samples and the ability to process different tube sizes in the same run.
APE ELITE
The largest version of automated processors produced by DAS for ELISA tests. This unit can run 10 methods arranged in 4 ELISA plates at dedicated temperatures, up to 4 separated shaking devices, and an integrated absorbance reader with up to 4 filters. The sliding sample racks and barcode reader allow quick detection of samples and the ability to process different tube sizes in the same run. The user-friendly approach for both software and hardware allows the operator to quickly start up the instrument, no pre-adjustments or calibrations are required.
IFA Only Processing
AP16 IF ELITE
Reliable and fast IFA processor for 16 slides. The sliding sample racks and barcode reader allow quick detection of samples and the ability to process different tube sizes in the same run. The software can: double diluent serial sample dilutions, single- and double-point dispensing of samples and reagents, as well as delicate or intensive “well by well” slide washings performed by drop or continuous flow.
AP32 IF ELITE
The largest IFA-only instrument we offer. It can process up to 40 slides. A special three-needle system accelerates the processing of all steps of the assay, and the independent movement of the needles with variable spacing ensures precise and accurate washing of slides depending on the size and the shape of each kind of well. The barcode reader and the custom sliding racks allow to load samples of differing sizes, and reagent bottles can be placed directly onto the rack.
Combo Elisa & IFA Processing
AP22 IF ELITE
A fully automated system for ELISA and IFA methods. In addition to all the ELISA features of AP22 ELITE, the instrument can process up to 16 IFA slides. The unit can dispense mounting medium and perform “well by well” sample and reagent washing by drop or continuous flow mode depending on the size and shape of the wells. The instrument’s wide range of configurations allows the user maximum amount of flexibility to process combinations of ELISA and IFA.
APE IF ELITE
The largest version of combined ELISA and IFA automated processors of DAS. In addition to all the ELISA features, this instrument is equipped with a three-needle system for a rapid processing on up to 20 IFA slides and up to 4 ELISA plates. The management of separate incubation times and different washing modes in the same run allows this unit a wide range custom processing. The sliding sample racks and barcode reader allow quick detection of samples and the ability to process different tube sizes in the same run.
